Tuno Noodle Casserole

My mom used to make tuna noodle casserole when I was a kid, and I have very fond memories of it. When we saw "Tuno," a vegan version of tuna, I was very excited to give it a try. It's very good in this casserole, and probably in other dishes as well. This is an easy recipe to make, if you don't mind making the mushroom soup.

1 recipe mushroom soup (undiluted)
16 oz bag egg-free noodles, prepared
1 can Tuno
1.5 c soymilk
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt casserole. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes covered, then 10 minutes covered.
