Waffles

These are pretty good waffles that I discovered by putting in too much vegetable oil. They're more crispy than other waffles.

2 T Egg Replacer
3 c flour
2 T baking powder
4 T sugar
1 t salt
3.5 c soymilk
.75 c vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients. Bake .5 c scoops in hot waffle iron until the steam just stops coming out the sides.
